The official US trailer has not been released for LOL you can view the trailer below and here is a description of the movie:
In a world connected by YouTube, iTunes, and Facebook, Lola and her friends navigate the peer pressures of high school romance and friendship while dodging their sometimes overbearing and confused parents.
I will add more stills later on, but here are some I found from the movie. The movie will release for a limited time starting May 4th however according to the trailer it says coming soon so it may release fully later on this year.
Many of life’s greatest pleasures begin with the phrase, “Babe, there’s two naked people in my car right now.” So we’ve heard, anyway — and as such, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth’s upcoming episode of Punk’d brings with it so much golden promise (and, potentially, various public indecency violations).
Cyrus, like Justin Bieber before her, is one of a revolving series of hosts on MTV’s upcoming Punk’d reboot. And in a newly released promo, we get to watch her prank her Hunger Games boyfriend, Hemsworth. Why this involves hiring two strangers to leave butt sweat all over HER car, we’re not sure. But it seems to alarm Hemsworth enough to drag the cops into things. Funsies.
Other people alarmed by Cyrus’ teenage hijinx? Creationists! No, no, they’re not guest-starring on Punk’d (unless Kellan Lutz, Kelly Osbourne, Taylor Swift or any number of the show’s future stars are hiding something. Quick — somebody ask them about dinosaurs!). Cyrus Tweeted the following quote days ago: “You are all stardust. You couldn’t be here if stars hadn’t exploded… So forget Jesus. Stars died so you could live.” And instead of applauding the 19-year-old for Tweeting a quote by theoretical physicist Laurence Krauss (as opposed to, say, another picture of her erotic birthday cake), the apparently sizeable Hannah Montana demographic that intersects with the Christian right-wing had their heads explode, like so many cosmos-creating stars.
Angry Tweets ensued, to which Cyrus has since responded — albeit without a prank engineered by Ashton Kutcher. As she wrote yesterday: “How can people take the love out of science and bring hate into religion so easily?” she asked, capping her message with a quote from Albert Einstein. “It makes me sad to think the world is this way. Like Einstein says ‘Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind.’”
Just last week, in an unrelated situation, Cyrus called out Twitter, saying they need to take more responsibility for the bullying that takes place on their microblogging service. A Twitter user had sent Cyrus death threats, leading the pop star to Tweet the following:
“I won’t tolerate someone telling me 2 die. I think Twitter needs to take some responsibility and make it a safe environment!”
Watch Cyrus’ promo for Punk’d. The show airs March 29 on MTV.
Miley was on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night and she was amazing and I really like her new haircut. She sang her cover of Bob Dylan’s “You’re Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go.” I’ve added screencaps to the gallery and you can view the video below:
I am also no longer the co-web at MileyFans.net. I’ve decided it time to depart from there and focus on Miley Ray Land. I will be updating a lot more and we’re getting a new layout really soon.
Here it is, the offiical trailer for Miley’s movie LOL. It’s coming to Theaters this year. What do you guys think? Are you going to the theaters to see it?
Check out this video of Miley and Kelly Osbourne pranking Khloe Kardashian. The series premieres on Monday, March 5th at 10et/9ct. Miley’s episode does not have an air date as of yet, but we’ll keep you updated.
As we previously reported, Miley Cyrus is on the long list of artists, who have contributed to ‘Chimes of Freedom: The Songs of Bob Dylan Honoring 50 Years of Amnesty International.’ Now, fans get to hear the the 19-year-old’s cover of ‘You’re Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go.’
A clip of the tune hit YouTube recently, showcasing Miley’s more mature voice, which she displayed when she sang ‘The Climb’ at the 2011 CNN Heroes Tribute. The song she’s covered for the Amnesty International release is from the legendary songwriter’s 1975 album ‘Blood on the Tracks.’
The former ‘Hannah Montana’ star joins over 75 other artists on the four-disc compilation, due out next month. Darren Criss, Adele, Kesha, Sugarland, The Belle Brigade, Natasha Bedingfield and many more are also featured on the extensive collection.
Listen to Miley’s cover of ‘You’re Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go’ below, and check out ‘Chimes of Freedom: The Songs of Bob Dylan Honoring 50 Years of Amnesty International’ when it arrives on January 12.
Miley Cyrus recently made a video to help the relief effort for Haiti before joining the Sean Penn J/P Haitian Relief Organization.
According to Hollywood Reporter, Miley Cyrus joined actor Sean Penn and his J/P Haitian Relief Organization to lend her support to help the people of Haiti recover from last year’s earthquake. Within the Sean Penn J/P Haitian Relief Organization, Miley Cyrus joins such celebrities as Rainn Wilson, Zooey Deschanel, LL Cool J, Edward Norton, and more, who have already signed on to help the Haitian people.
A new public service announcement featuring all of the celebrities will be released on December 19.
Ahead of the new PSA, Miley Cyrus taped an auction video to raise funds for Haiti, which features Cyrus taking an instant photo of herself that she also signs for fans to bid on for the cause.
Dubbed as such by @WilbotOsterman. Cyrus posted the video on her 19th birthday, according to the description here: “The video begins starkly with a message in white font on a black screen: “This is dedicated to the thousands of people who are standing up for what they believe in,” and for the next three minutes comes a rapid-fire montage of scenes of sign-waving protesters and pepper-spraying police as Miley sings, “It’s a liberty walk, walk. Say goodbye to the people who tied you up…Free yourself, slam the door, not a prisoner anymore.”
I really like this video, it shws that Miley believes in something and is showing everyone what’s going on. What do you think?
Miley Cyrus has been busy with her charity work this summer, including going back to Haiti. We already showed you a video of her helping to open a school there, but we have a new one to share as well. You already know that she has been active in charity work, but this year she has really been noticed for it and it is her time to shine for her good works. You will find it at the bottom of this post if you wish to see it.
I am proud to say that Miley seemed to mature this year. I don’t think she really did anything to shock people and has stayed low key for the most part, which is good for her. I think staying low key is exactly what she needs to be able to grow up out of the spotlight. Plus is provides her a private life and time to figure out her next steps. She is young enough where she can take that kind of time off and think. I hope next year we can expect her real return to music, but we have to wait and see for that.
Are you glad that she has been staying low for this year? I am sure her parents and legal team is pretty pleased. I do think she was pushed into fame way too early and that did not help her. Kids who start off in fame at a young age have to deal with these “yes” people. However, it also makes it hard for them to be able to pick out the bad ones. I do think that was the case with her, which is why I support this break for her well-being. She can bounce back better than ever.
